Zucchini Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 c. biscuit mix
    3 c. zucchini, unpeeled and sliced thin
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add oil, onion, cheese, parsley, salt, oregano, seasoned salt, pepper and garlic.
    Stir in biscuit mix and fold in zucchini.
    Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Cut into squares.
    Serve hot or cold.
    Serves 30 to 40 as appetizer.
