Butterscotch Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

1 c. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!
1 3/4 c. firmly packed dark brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. quick cooking oats
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water
1 c. butterscotch morsels
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

In large bowl, beat margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla.
Combine flour, oats, baking soda and salt; add alternately with water to creamed mixture.
Stir in butterscotch morsels and nuts.
Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 8 to 10 minutes until edges are lightly browned.
Yield:
about 6 dozen cookies.
