Broccoli Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 stick margarine, melted
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    6 oz. cottage cheese
    1 small onion, diced
    1 small box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Spray a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with Pam.
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Store left over in refrigerator.
    Based on 12 servings: 176 Calories, 11 g. Fat, 301 mg. Sodium and 73 mg.
    Cholesterol.
