Golden Carrot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, sliced, cooked and pureed
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. cloves
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. honey
    2 unbaked (9-inch) pie shells
Preparation
    Combine carrots, eggs, salt and spices.
    Mix well.
    Add milk and honey.
    Blend until smooth.
    Pour in pie shells and bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
