Pear Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. grated pears
3/4 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Mix sugar, eggs, vanilla, vegetable oil and pears together. Add dry ingredients.
Put into two loaf pans and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
