Meat Loaf No. 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tomatoes (use about 2 tomatoes; no juice)
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef (no chuck or round)
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. dry crushed cracker crumbs
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    2 Tbsp. tomato catsup
Preparation
    Shape in loaf and bake in loaf pan or iron skillet at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Just before it is completely done, you may sprinkle some catsup over it.
