Zucchini Quiche(Very Good) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. thinly sliced, unpeeled zucchini
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt (I use Krazy Mixed-up salt)
1/2 tsp. oregano
dash of pepper
1 clove garlic or garlic salt
1/2 c. vegetable oil (Mazola)
4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 13 x 2-inch oblong Pyrex.
Mix dry ingredients together first, then add eggs and oil.
Then fold in the sliced zucchini, onions and parsley.
Mix well.
Spread in Pyrex.
Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
If not brown, turn on broiler until brown, but watch carefully.
