Curry Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. curry powder
    1 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in a blender along with 1/4 cup of salad oil.
    Mix well on medium low speed.
    Slowly add remaining oil in a thin stream until mixture is thick and creamy.
    Tastes great with carrots, celery, green pepper or any other vegetable.
    Makes 2 cups.
