Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar

Preparation

Cream together butter, cooking oil, powdered and white sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
Sift together the dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 12 minutes at 375\u00b0.
