Yeast Bread - No Knead - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 c. milk, scalded
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Combine milk, shortening, sugar and salt.
    Add 1 1/4 cups flour and beat well.
    Add yeast and egg and beat.
    Add remaining flour.
    Place in greased bowl and let rise 1 1/2 to 2 hours (doubled).
    Shape dough and let rise 30 to 40 minutes.
    Bake 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
