Cheese Straws - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Cut margarine into dry ingredients in a food processor.
    Add beaten egg at the last minute.
    Wrap dough in plastic and chill. Roll dough between two pieces of waxed paper about 1/8-inch thick. Cut with pizza cutter or knife into straws about 14 x 2-inches. Place on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 5 to 8 minutes.
