Cheddar-Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg or less
    3/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. margarine, melted
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. chopped apples
    3/4 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix all dry items together.
    Add milk, margarine and eggs; mix again.
    Add apples and pecans.
    Pour into loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 70 minutes.
