Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Toss sugar, flour and cornmeal with a fork.
    Combine with remaining ingredients, except pie shell.
    Beat at low speed with mixer for about 30 seconds.
    Pour into pie shell and bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake 35 minutes more.
