Mango Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour, sifted
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. oil
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. mangoes
    1/4 c. walnuts
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    Make a well and add remaining ingredients and mix.
    Pour into greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for one hour.
