Easy Eggs Benedict - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of celery, chicken or mushroom soup
1/3 c. milk
6 slices ham (thin)
6 slices buttered toast or English muffin halves
6 eggs, poached
1 tsp. minced parsley
Preparation

Blend soup and milk; heat. Place slice of ham on each slice of toast/muffin half. Top with poached egg. Pour sauce over eggs. Sprinkle with parsley.
