Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 beaten eggs
2 c. pumpkin (1 lb. can)
1 c. oil
2/3 c. water
3 c. sugar
3 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix eggs, pumpkin, oil, water and sugar in regular size bowl. Sift flour, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt; add to pumpkin mixture.
Either grease and flour loaf pans or tear off strips of waxed paper to line pans.
Use either 3 small ones or 2 large loaf pans.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Let cool 4 to 5 minutes and turn out on wire rack to cool.
This freezes well and can be baked in foil pans for gifts.
