Leek And Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 potatoes, diced
3 leeks, chopped
3 c. chicken stock
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 stick margarine or butter
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Preparation
-
Boil potatoes and leeks in chicken stock for about 15 minutes or until the potatoes start to disintegrate.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Work in the butter and serve with a sprinkling of grated cheese.
