Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 stick margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 bananas, mashed
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar. Blend in bananas, eggs and vanilla. Then add dry ingredients.
Add sour cream and nuts.
Pour into greased floured loaf pans. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
