Pulled Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Mix all in pan.
    Cook until it cracks in cold water.
    Pour on cold buttered marble.
    Add oil of peppermint.
    Pull.
    Cut with scissors.
    Store in tin overnight.
    Makes 1 pound.
