Ingredients

5 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. chopped dates
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. flaked coconut
2 1/2 c. Rice Krispies
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add sugar, dates and eggs and cook over low heat until thick.
Remove from heat; add them.
Roll into balls, then into confectioners sugar or coconut or ground nuts.
