Date Nut Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pitted dates
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. dried apricots
    1/2 c. pitted prunes or figs
    unsweetened orange juice (to moisten)
    flaked coconut or chopped walnuts
Preparation
    In food grinder, grind together dates, raisins, apricots and prunes/figs.
    Combine with orange juice in 2-quart mixing bowl. Roll into bite-size balls.
    Roll in coconut or in nuts. Refrigerate, covered, until time to serve.
    Yields about 2 dozen.
