Ingredients

1 c. Karo syrup
1 c. sugar
2 c. (16 oz.) peanut butter
7 to 8 c. corn flakes
Preparation

Bring Karo syrup and sugar to a boil.
Remove from heat and add peanut butter.
Mix well.
Add cornflakes.
Press into the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
