Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    15 oz. tomato sauce
    8 oz. stewed tomatoes
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped pepper
    lasagna noodles
    3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 lb. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. Italian spices
    1/4 tsp. ground pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
Preparation
    Brown meat; add tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, onion, pepper and spices; simmer 30 minutes.
    Meanwhile, cook noodles.
    Drain and cover with cold water.
    Fill casserole pan (13 1/2 x 8 3/4 x 2 3/4-inch) with alternate layers of noodles, cottage cheese, sauce, Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until cheese on top is bubbling (approximately 30 minutes).
