Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. (1 lb. can) pumpkin
4 eggs, beaten
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
2/3 c. water
Preparation

Grease and flour two 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
Combine sugar, oil, pumpkin and eggs.
Beat until fluffy. Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture, alternating with water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Cool in pans 10 minutes, then turn out.
May add nuts and raisins to recipe.
