Potato Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 pkg. yeast
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    3 potatoes
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    6 to 6 1/2 c. bread flour
Preparation
    Peel potatoes; cook in boiling water until done.
    Mash in liquid.
    Remove two cups and heat until warm.
    Add yeast to 1/4 cup of potato mixture.
    To remaining 1 3/4 cups potatoes, add shortening, sugar and salt.
    Add yeast mixture and 1/2 cup flour. Beat.
    Gradually add remaining flour.
