Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 pkg. Uncle Ben's wild rice and herbs
    1 can chicken and rice soup
    1 small can mushrooms with liquid
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over rice and herbs.
    Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
    Place in a 2-quart casserole.
    Add soup, mushrooms with liquid, water and seasonings.
    Mix and let stand.
    Saute the onions in the 3 tablespoons oil until glossy.
    Add to casserole with the oil.
    Brown the meat and add to casserole.
    Mix all together.
    Cover with foil; refrigerate.
    When ready to bake, keep it covered and bake for 2 hours at 325\u00b0.
