Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. flour
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
2/3 c. water
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 small can (2 c.) pumpkin
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix the first 9 items and then add pumpkin, raisins and nuts. Bake in 4 greased 1-pound coffee cans at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Cool and remove from cans.
