Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. water
    2 tsp. soda
    1 c. nuts
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. (No. 1 can) canned pumpkin
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients and mix well.
    Add other ingredients and mix until smooth.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
    Makes 2 loaves.
