Ingredients

2 sticks butter (not margarine)
1 c. white sugar
1 egg
1 c. finely chopped nuts
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. rolled oats
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. oil
1 c. corn flakes, crushed (crispy cereal)
Preparation

Mix all together in one bowl.
Drop by teaspoon and press flat with a flat bottom glass, dipped in sugar.
Bake at 325\u00b0
for 12 to 15 minutes on greased cookie sheet.
