Peanut Butter 'N Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 ripe large bananas, mashed
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. chunky peanut butter
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate pieces
    2 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. softened butter
    6 ripe bananas, mashed (approximately 3 c.)
    4 eggs, well beaten
    2 1/2 c. cake flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    With electric beater, cream together sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
    Add bananas and eggs, beating until well mixed.
    Sift together dry ingredients 3 times. Blend with banana mixture but do not overmix.
    Pour into 2 lightly greased loaf pans.
    Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until firm in the centers and the edges begin to separate from pans.
    Cool on a rack for 10 minutes before removing from pans.
    These freeze beautifully.
