Evalee'S Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. diced tart apples
    1 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Combine oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla; set aside.
    Sift flour, cinnamon, soda and salt; add to oil mixture.
    Add apples and walnuts.
    Batter will be very thick.
    Turn into 2 oiled loaf pans. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Cool 10 minutes, then remove from pans.
    Sprinkle a little sugar on top of bread when still warm. Wrap in foil.
    May refrigerate or freeze.
