Cranberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. shortening
    3/4 c. orange juice or Tang
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift together all dry ingredients.
    Cut in shortening.
    Combine orange juice, rind and egg in different bowl.
    Pour liquids in dry ingredients, mixing just enough until moist.
    Fold in nuts and cranberries.
    Grease and flour 9 x 5-inch bread pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
