Ingredients

1 clove garlic, finely minced
1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
1 Tbsp. honey
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 c. olive oil
1 Tbsp. dried salad herbs (optional)
Preparation

In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine garlic, mustard, honey, vinegar, lemon juice and oil.
Cover and shake well to combine.
If desired, add herbs and mix well.
Refrigerate. Wonderful for pasta and vegetables and tossed salads.
