Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. zucchini, shredded
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Grease
    2 loaf pans.
    Beat eggs, oil and sugar.
    Add vanilla and zucchini.
    Mix well.
    Mix all dry ingredients together.
    Add to zucchini mixture.
    add nuts.
    Pour into pans.
    Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
