Porquitos Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork roast, cubed
    1 (7 oz.) can whole green chilies, chopped
    4 white onions, chopped
    4 cloves garlic
    1/4 c. water
    flour tortillas
    2 Tbsp. cumin
    2 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper
    1 avocado
    1 c. sour cream
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    cumin, paprika and garlic powder to taste
Preparation
    Brown pork, onions and garlic.
    Add green chilies, water, cumin, oregano, salt and pepper; simmer for 1 hour.
    Wrap tortillas in foil and warm in oven to soften.
    Roll filling inside tortillas.
    Fry until light brown and crispy on the outside.
    Keep warm in oven while you make the topping.
