Zucchini Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. zucchini, diced
    1/4 c. oil
    5 eggs
    1 onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add cheese, oil and chopped onion.
    Fold in Bisquick.
    Add diced zucchini, salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix well.
    Pour into greased baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 435 minutes.
