Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. zucchini squash, sliced thin
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Place in greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
