Gingersnaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    5/8 c. brown sugar
    1 egg white
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Set oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat the sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add the egg white and beat well.
