Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. butter or margarine
    2 eggs, separated
    1 1/2 c. pecans
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    3 small, ripe bananas, mashed
    1 tsp. baking soda
    4 Tbsp. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar.
    Add beaten egg yolks and mashed bananas.
    Sift together and blend the flour, soda and salt.
    Add these slowly to banana mixture.
    Add sour cream, vanilla, nuts and cinnamon.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Bake in 2 lightly-greased 8 x 4 x 3-inch loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
