Buffalo Chips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground round or chuck
    2 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage (I use hot)
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 tsp. oregano
    2 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown meats and drain well.
    Add seasonings and mix well.
    Add cheese; stir until melted.
    Put on party rye bread slices and bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
