Carrot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. nuts
1 c. grated carrots
Preparation
-
Beat eggs.
Add sugar and oil; beat or mix until light in color.
Add remaining ingredients; mix.
Bake in loaf pan, one hour at 325\u00b0.
