Tagliarini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    few grains cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. ground oregano
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
    1 (10 oz.) can whole kernel corn with liquid
    1 (7 oz.) can drained pitted olives
    4 oz. noodles (uncooked)
    1/4 to 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese or 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat olive oil in a large, heavy skillet.
    Brown meat.
    Add remaining ingredients, except cheese; cook, covered, over low heat, stirring occasionally, about 25 minutes.
    Remove lid from skillet; cook another 10 to 15 minutes.
    If Parmesan cheese is used, remove to serving dish and sprinkle with cheese.
    If Cheddar cheese is used, fold carefully into mixture.
    Serve.
