Fried Eggplant Or Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large or 2 small eggplant
    2 zucchini
    2 c. seasoned Italian bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. crushed basil
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    2 c. Crisco or oil
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine bread crumbs and spices.
    In another bowl, beat eggs and milk.
    Slice eggplant or zucchini about 1/8 inch thick.
    Dip in egg mixture; dredge through bread crumbs.
