Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 eggs (unbeaten)
1/2 c. cooked, mashed pumpkin
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 c. seedless raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine sugar, eggs and oil.
Beat until light and fluffy. Stir in pumpkin.
Combine dry ingredients and stir into pumpkin mixture.
Add seedless raisins and nuts.
Blend well.
Spoon batter into a well-greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 65 to 75 minutes.
Yield:
1 loaf.
