Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 giant Hershey bar (7 oz.) plus 1 regular size Hershey chocolate bar
1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar, egg and vanilla.
Stir in flour and salt until blended.
Pat in a rectangle on an 11 x 17-inch greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
Take out and immediately spread the Hershey bars (which you previously have broken into pieces) onto the cookie crust.
Let soften.
You may need to put cookie sheet back in the oven for a minute.
Spread chocolate over entire cookie crust.
Top with chopped nuts.
Cut into squares when completely cooled.
