Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. plain flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 2 Tbsp. hot water
1 c. shortening
2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients thoroughly and blend into liquids.
Mix in large bowl and refrigerate.
Use amount as needed to bake. (Biscuits do not have to rise.)
Can be made ahead and stored in refrigerator.
