Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 tsp. Vanilla
    1/2 c. nuts
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat eggs light and foamy. Add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla. Mix lightly but well. Add flour mixture. Mix well. Add nuts. Divide batter into 2 well greased loaf pans. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hr. or until done. Freezes well.
