Tuna Salad Veronique - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 qt. salad greens
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna
    1 c. seedless green grapes
    3/4 c. real mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. tarragon wine vinegar
    3/4 tsp. onion salt
    dash of finely crumbled thyme
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Combine mayonnaise with vinegar and seasonings.
    Chill all ingredients.
    When ready to serve, tear greens into bite-size pieces and place in bowl.
    Drain tuna and break into chunks over lettuce.
    Add grapes and dressing and toss lightly.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
