Sweet Potato Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sugar
3 c. self-rising flour, sifted one time
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
5 eggs
1 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. ginger
2/3 c. milk
2 c. mashed, boiled sweet potatoes
1/2 to 1 c. chopped pecans and raisins (optional)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well with mixer and pour into floured pan to bake until done (until springy) at 325\u00b0.
