Rice Krispies Pudding Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. (about 40) regular marshmallows or 4 c. miniature marshmallows
    6 c. Rice Krispies cereal
    1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant pudding mix
    1 3/4 c. skim milk
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a large pan over low heat.
    Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
    Remove from heat.
    Add cereal. Stir until coated.
    Press mixture into 16 muffin-pan cups coated with cooking spray.
    Cool in refrigerator about 15 minutes. Prepare pudding according to package directions, using skim milk. Divide evenly into 16 cereal cups.
    Serve immediately.
